Price Guidelines
All aspects of the portrait and procedure are subject to discussion. The guidelines here are just that; guidelines. The goal is always to arrive at the best possible family or corporate keepsake within a given budget. Together, artist and client can expect a work of art that will be cherished and valued for generations. Please keep in mind that quality work requires a large time commitment on the part of the artist. You must get in contact with me for an exact price. It may be more or less than what you see here depending on your time frame and my work load. All materials, both artistic and photographic, are my responsibility. The client is responsible for my travel and/or accommodation expenses when necessary, for framing, for taxes (if applicable), and for shipping & insurance. I am currently offering portraits in 3 mediums at this time. Click the pictures for price info and a description of each.
Payment
Before work commences a 30% deposit is paid by the client in the form of cash or check. This deposit is non-refundable. For local clients only, the remainder is paid upon delivery and approval of the finished portrait. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the finished product, or are unable to purchase it at the time of completion, you will not be responsible for the other 70%. The piece will either be sold privately or used for promotional purposes. If you are not local, you will be able to preview the painting via email. The piece will be mailed only after the check for the 70% clears. Other arrangements are also possible.
